Will this fit my monitor?
Check three numbers: your VESA pattern in millimetres, your monitor's weight without its stand, and the thickness of your desk. Every product page lists all three limits. Our guide to measuring VESA walks through it in two minutes. If you are still unsure, email us the numbers and we will tell you.
My monitor has no mounting holes. Can I still use an arm?
Yes, with a VESA adapter bracket. It clamps to the monitor body or bolts to the existing stand mount and gives you a standard 75 or 100 mm plate. Check the adapter's own weight limit too.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery in the United States is 7 to 14 business days after that. Elsewhere, 10 to 20. Full detail is on our shipping page.
How much is shipping?
Free on every order to the United States. Other destinations are calculated at checkout before you pay.
Will I pay customs charges?
Not in the United States. Import duty is included in the price at checkout and nothing further is collected on delivery. Outside the United States, your own customs authority may charge duty or VAT, and that is set by your government rather than by us.
My tracking number is not moving. Is something wrong?
Almost certainly not. Tracking is created when the label is printed and often does not update for another day or two, until the parcel is scanned at the first sorting facility. If nothing has moved for 10 business days, email us and we will chase it.
Can I return it if it does not fit?
Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging with all the hardware. You pay the return postage on a change of mind or a wrong fit. We pay it if the item arrived damaged, faulty, or was not what you ordered. Details on the refund page.

Email us within 14 days with a photo of the damage and a photo of the outer packaging. We replace or refund, your choice, and you pay nothing for postage.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, any time before it ships, which is usually within 24 hours of ordering. Email us as soon as you can.
Do the arms come with the screws?
Yes. Every mount ships with the fixings for its stated VESA patterns and with the clamp or grommet hardware. Wall mounts do not include wall anchors, because the right anchor depends on whether you are fixing into timber, masonry or steel stud.
Can I mount a TV on drywall?
Only into the studs behind it. Plasterboard on its own will not hold a television, no matter what anchor the box promises. Find the studs, fix into them, and if you cannot, use a mount plate that spans two studs.
Do you take returns on opened boxes?
Yes, as long as the item itself is unused and everything is back in the box. Opening it to check the fit is expected.
How do I contact you?
Email is the only channel, and it is answered within one business day, Monday to Friday. Email gives both of us a written record of what was agreed, which matters when something needs replacing.
