Where we ship
We ship to the United States and to most other countries. Prices on this site are shown in US dollars.
What it costs
Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States. Rates for other destinations are calculated at checkout, before you pay.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed at a weekend or on a public holiday are processed the next business day.
Delivery estimates
- United States: 7 to 14 business days after processing.
- Rest of world: 10 to 20 business days after processing.
These are estimates and not guarantees. Customs inspections and carrier backlogs can add time.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email as soon as the carrier scans your parcel, usually 2 to 4 days after you order. Tracking can then take another day or two to start showing movement. That gap is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Import duty and taxes
United States: any import duty is included in the price you pay at checkout. Nothing further is collected from you on delivery.
Everywhere else: your local customs authority may charge duty or VAT before releasing your parcel. Those charges are set by your government, not by us, and they are yours to pay.
Several items in one order
Items in the same order can arrive in separate parcels on different days. You are never charged shipping twice.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please check your address before you confirm. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody could receive it, we refund the item but not the shipping.
Lost parcels
If your tracking has not moved for 10 business days, email us. We chase the carrier, and if the parcel is confirmed lost we replace or refund it.
