Mounts and stands only work with equipment inside the size and weight limits printed on the product page. Please check your monitor, television or laptop against those limits before ordering. A mount that does not fit your equipment is a change of mind return, not a fault.

5. Installation and safe use

Wall mounts must be fixed into structural support, never into plasterboard alone. Follow the instructions supplied with the product and observe its stated load limit. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, by exceeding a stated load limit, or by modification of the product.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a price has been listed in error, where an item is unavailable, or where an order is flagged as fraudulent. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.
