Gas Spring Monitor Arm
A single-monitor arm that carries 4.4 to 22 lb on a sealed gas spring, so the screen stays where you leave it. Most desk arms use a tension spring you set with an Allen key. They hold until the spring relaxes, and then the monitor sinks a little further every few weeks. A gas spring keeps its pressure in a sealed cylinder: lift the screen, lower it, pull it toward you, push it back against the wall, and it stops where your hand stops.

Before you order
Look at the back of your monitor for four screw holes arranged in a square, and measure the distance between them in millimetres — VESA is a metric standard everywhere, including the US. Check the panel weight on your monitor's spec sheet. A monitor with no mounting holes needs a separate VESA adapter bracket.
Good to know
A gas spring needs a minimum load to work against. Below 4.4 lb the arm will drift upward on its own, so a very light 13 in panel is a poor match for this model.
